About Evergreen International Ski School
The Evergreen International Ski School Story
For over 25 years, Evergreen has been guiding adventurers, teaching skills, and uncovering the magic of Hakuba Valley. As we've grown hand-in-hand with this stunning alpine paradise, our mission has always been clear: deliver world-class services so families from around the globe can plan unforgettable holidays in the Japanese Alps—with zero barriers, no matter their age, skill level, or native language. In 2013, that vision crystallized into the Evergreen International Ski School.
Today, we proudly employ more than 200 passionate professionals united by one purpose: crafting extraordinary snow sports experiences tailored for international visitors.
From conquering first-time jitters to pushing personal boundaries on powder-perfect slopes, our multilingual instructors are here for you—speaking your language, matching your vibe, and ready to elevate your winter escape. We've built an extraordinary global team to ensure every moment in Hakuba sparks joy, confidence, and pure thrill.
