Our aim is to get you sliding on the slopes as fast as possible. Here are our tips for making arrival day at Evergreen as smooth as possible.
GOT A BOOKING?
We advise turning up with a booking, this way we all avoid disappointment. You can easily book online and proceed through our online shop. Alternatively you can call our office or pop into the sales desk. Although booking is not always essential they are highly recommended.
GET YOUR SNOWSPORTS EQUIPMENT
You need to pick up your equipment before you arrive at Evergreen. Doing this the night before is recommended to avoid rushing and delays.
We DO NOT have a rental department, but we have partnered with some of the Hakuba Valley’s biggest rental providers.
You can book these by clicking on your preferred option below…
EISS Rental Partners:
Purchasing Your Lift Ticket
Don’t forget before arriving to purchase your lift ticket. Each resort sells its own lift tickets, or if you are planning on skiing multiple resorts we recommend a Hakuba Valley Ticket.
Hakuba Valley: Purchase online, and pick up at the resort ticket office.
Happo One Resort: Purchase online, & pick-up at your closest ticket office.
Tsugaike Mountain Resort: Purchase online, & pick-up at the ticket office.
BEFORE YOUR LESSON
Plan your trip to Evergreen the night before.
Once you’ve arrived at EISS, check in at the sales desk if it’s your first day, or if it’s your second, third or fourth and have a reservation head straight to your lesson check in.

I had two 2 hour private lessons, one snowboarding with Jimmy (plus my husband) and a one on one private skiing lesson with Brian. Both were absolutely fantastic with the patience of saints!Amber H (Malaysia)
