Pre-Arrival Information
Our aim is to get you sliding on the slopes as fast as possible. Here are our tips for making arrival day at Evergreen as smooth as possible.
Book Online In Advance
We always recommend booking and paying for your lessons in advance, as spots can fill up quickly. By booking ahead, you can skip the office and head straight to your meeting location with your booking ID, ensuring a smoother start to your day.
Pre-book and Collect Your Rentals
Please make sure to pick up your equipment before arriving at Evergreen.
We highly recommend doing this the night before to avoid rushing and delays. If it’s not possible to pick up your gear the night before, please allow extra time in the morning for rental collection and getting from the Rental shop to our office/meeting location.
Evergreen does not have a rental department, but we have partnered with some of Hakuba Valley's top rental providers.

Lift Tickets
Don't forget before arriving to purchase your lift ticket. Each resort sells its own lift tickets, or if you are planning on skiing multiple resorts we recommend a Hakuba Valley Ticket.
Hakuba Valley: Purchase online, and pick up at the resort ticket office.
Happo One Resort: Purchase online, & pick-up at your closest ticket office.
Tsugaike Mountain Resort: Purchase online, & pick-up at the ticket office.
Iwatake Mountain Resort: Purchase online, & pick-up at the ticket office.
Before Your Lesson
To ensure a smooth start to your day, we kindly ask that you plan your route to our ski school in advance.
Ideally, its best to get rental gear sorted the night before. If this is not possible, please allow plenty time in the morning for getting equipment rentals and getting from the rental shop to our office/meeting location.
For group lessons, please arrive by 9:30am and check in by 9:55am. Group lessons will start promptly at 10:00 am. Arriving late will likely mean you will not be able to join your lesson.
For Private lessons, please arrive 10 minutes for the scheduled start time.

Kids & Teen Programs
Children should arrive ready to hit the slopes. Check in opens at 9:30am, and our friendly kid’s team will be ready to greet you

Adult Group Lessons
Please arrive by 9:30am for Adult Ski & Snowboard, with all your equipment.

Private Lessons
All the details you need are on your booking email. This will confirm the meeting location, and time. Please aim to be at your meeting point 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and start your lesson on time!
For Platinum Experience lessons, we will pick you up at your accommodation at the time specified on your booking.
