GOT A BOOKING?

We advise turning up with a booking, this way we all avoid disappointment. You can easily book online and proceed through our online shop. Alternatively you can call our office or pop into the sales desk. Although booking is not always essential they are highly recommended.

GET YOUR SNOWSPORTS EQUIPMENT

You need to pick up your equipment before you arrive at Evergreen. Doing this the night before is recommended to avoid rushing and delays. We DO NOT have a rental department, but Hakuba does have a number of excellent rental services.

Seek them out over the internet.

BEFORE YOUR LESSON

Plan your trip to Evergreen the night before.
Once you’ve arrived at EISS, check in at the sales desk if it’s your first day, or if it’s your second, third or fourth and have a reservation head straight to your lesson check in.

PRIVATE LESSONS

All the details you need are on your booking email. This will confirm the meeting location, and time. Aim to be at your meeting point 5-10 minutes early to meet your instructor and start your lesson on time!

I had two 2 hour private lessons, one snowboarding with Jimmy (plus my husband) and a one on one private skiing lesson with Brian. Both were absolutely fantastic with the patience of saints!Amber H (Malaysia)
